In From Warriors to Guardians: Helping Veterans Return to Civilian Law Enforcement, the participant will learn to recognize the effects of trauma and develop strategies for dealing with those serving in the military and veterans who have returned or started their Law Enforcement careers. This course will help guide the participant, using practical skills and “toolbox” knowledge, how to effectively use the principles of Critical Incident Response to aid the Veteran Officer during times of Traumatic or Crisis Reactions.

This course is designed as an introductory course in the principles of Critical Incident Response for Law Enforcement.
