Recruiting qualified candidates represents one of the greatest challenges confronting law enforcement today. But pointing fingers and emphasizing the negative aspects of a career in law enforcement are not going to improve agency recruiting efforts. Recruiters and agency leaders need proactive strategies.

In 2019 Dolan Consulting Group conducted an in-depth Recruiting and Retention Survey of over 1,600 law enforcement officers from around the country. The results of this survey will be utilized in this webinar, along with an overview of innovative recruiting strategies being implemented throughout the country, to assist agencies in meeting the challenges of recruiting in 2020.
