This webinar is an examination of the dynamics of effective performance coaching and counseling within an organization.  Emphasis will be placed upon developing a solid understanding of performance theory, principles of motivation, and high-performance coaching.

Today’s organizational leaders must be provided with essential principles of providing team members with supportive and corrective feedback. Developing leader confidence to confront negative employee and supervisory behaviors free from emotional stumbling blocks, is vital to the leader’s success. Failure to master these fundamentals results in low morale and significant organizational stress.

In order to influence others and move today’s work team forward, we must challenge managerial folklore and develop a clear understanding of how performance coaching principles lead to organizational goal attainment. This webinar will serve to provide leaders with the necessary skills and tools to both inspire team members to achieve success and effectively confront performance inadequacies.

  • Review the essentials of supportive and corrective feedback
